• Daily Morning Tantric Practice

  • 8am-9:30/10am, Monday - Saturday, February 2023

  • Start your morning with some yoga asanas followed by a Tantric flow of stilling the mind, arousing your sacred sensual energy, tapping into kundalini life force energy, transmuting the awakened prana through your being and enjoy the bliss through connection practices or dance. You will be guided through a variety of individual, partner and group tantric techniques. Meditation, breathwork, bandhas, kriyas, movement and connective play.

  • ​These classes are from the IPSALU Tantra Kriya Yoga tradition. See their website or the Jewel in the Lotus book for more reference to this style. I will be adding some Ashtanga yoga to the beginning to warm up the body more.

    • Please note: This is a safe container that is non-sexual. Respect others at all times. Honor boundaries and check in with consent if appropriate. Sexual energy is welcomed to flow through you, but no sexual techniques will be included in this class. This is a white and pink tantra class. • Sacred Sensual Saturdays

  • Every Saturday of the month 5pm-10:30 pm February 2023​

  • This Sensual Temple space will feature a local Tantra or Sacred Sexuality teacher to start which will lead into a Tantric Puja ceremony to tap you into a more ritualistic experience.  To close the puja there will be a sound healing that will allow you to ground and melt into bliss after a heart centered evening. The wind down there will be tea service to lounge and connect at your leisure.​

    • Please note: This event is sensual but non-sexual. Respect all participants, boundaries and consent will be established and honored throughout the event.​

  • $25 Admission without dinner
